Welcome to Newbie. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping fees based on order weight and our standard delivery guidelines.
1. Shipping & Delivery Charges
Our shipping rates are calculated based on your selected payment method and the total weight of your parcel.
Base Shipping Rates (Parcels up to 2 kg)
- Online Payment: ₹40 Pay securely via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, or Wallets for lower shipping costs.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹70 Pay with physical cash upon delivery at your doorstep. Standard carrier COD fee applies.
Heavy/Bulk Shipments (Above 2 kg)
To keep shipping fair and transparent for heavier orders, additional weight charges apply after the initial 2 kg:
- Every Additional 1 kg: +₹50 extra
- Base Rate (up to 2 kg) = ₹40
- Additional 1 kg charge = ₹50
- Total Shipping Cost = ₹90
How it works (Example): > If your total order weight is 3 kg and you choose Online Payment:
2. Standard Delivery Timelines
- Delivery Within Kerala: Orders within Kerala are handled with high priority and are usually successfully delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- Out of State Delivery: Orders outside Kerala will be securely processed and delivered within 7 to 12 business days, depending entirely on your exact region.
3. Packaging & Tracking
- Safe Packaging: We take absolute special care to pack all items securely, ensuring your products reach your hands safely without any damage.
- Order Tracking: Once packed and shipped out, you will instantly receive real-time shipping milestones and direct tracking updates directly via WhatsApp.
